Cancellations and Rescheduling
There’s a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations/reschedules within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment.
Late and No Shows
Appointments over 10 minutes late are subject to a $25 late fee and possible cancellation. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the scheduled appointment and be charged as a no-call no-show. No-shows may be banned from future bookings.
Refunds
All sales and deposits are final. Summer Kinsey Beauty LLC does not authorize any refunds. However, due to certain circumstances, credit can be transferred to other services if necessary. This is up to the discretion of management.
We reserve the right to decline services to any person, at any time, for any reason.
